83% of boards (which actually represents an even greater percentage of total licenses) are accessed electronically by our proprietary technology, so we are anticipating very few issues with being able to primary source verify and monitor licenses. When we see boards extend current expiration dates we are able to note that, report that to you through our file updates, and appropriately adjust our monitoring cadences. We are also actively tracking state board updates and closures, and it is our commitment to you to communicate these closures, any expiration extensions, and any delays that may be encountered.
